This years band is The Washboard Resonators who are a great, lively and fun band. Tickets are £30 and can be bought on-line or via the phone 015394 33845. There are, strictly, 90 tickets available. The ticket is for admission only. The event will start at 9pm and finish 1am. Seating is on a 'first come first served' basis. Please note tickets are non-refundable.
This duo of guitar, banjo and washboard play footstomping blues, ragtime, swing and folk like it was on the street corners of America in the 1920s, 30s & 40s. The band has played many gigs, including Huddersfield Food & Drink Festival, C FAB Folk Festival in Lincolnshire and may pubs and bars. This duo is perfect for situations where something acoustic, but energetic and lively is required.
